We want you to be fully satisfied with your creative supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that all dies, stamps, and tools are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our returns department using a trackable shipping method of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
